Job description

As an Executive Strategy and Programs Lead, within the Google Cloud Global Partner Ecosystem. You will be a strategic partner and operational backbone to leadership. You will be a key connector and operator, responsible for driving the business and ensuring the leadership team is prepared, aligned, and operating at peak effectiveness.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational cadence for the leadership team. Plan and execute key milestones, including all-team meetings, offsites, and leadership summits, by driving agendas, content, and logistics to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Prepare executive stakeholders for engagements by developing data-driven insights and presentations that equip leaders with timely information.
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. Define project scope, track progress against milestones, identify risks, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to cascade the team’s strategic goal. Lead culture and change management programs to foster a high-performing environment.
  • Identify, pilot, and embed AI tools across operational workflows to enhance productivity, accelerate decision-making, and drive strategic impact across all business functions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, chief of staff, or program management roles within a technology or marketing organization.
  • Experience working directly with and preparing materials for executive stakeholders (Director/VP level).
  • Experience in managing events, forums, or business operations (e.g., all hands, offsites, quarterly business reviews).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using generative AI tools to streamline workflows, including meeting summarization, content drafting, data analysis, and presentation creation.
  • Ability to lead through influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate high-level executive goals into actionable, strategic plans and operational processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of executing operations with clarity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable frameworks.
