We are searching for the best talent for a Product Lead GCSO to be located in Raritan, NJ
Johnson and Johnson is currently recruiting for a Lead Technology Product Management within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) JJT team. This position will be located in Raritan, NJ.
In the GCSO JJT product group, we aim to elevate our go to market capabilities by delivering data and AI driven solutions to maximize our launches in NA and globally and to power global commercial data and insights.
As the Lead Technology Product Management, GCSO, you will serve as technical product owner for our various GCSO technology products. You will define strategy and lead execution for key, highly secure global products.
Responsibilities include:
Lead technical product ownership for myPrice and other key global products like myPrice Analytics, global launch insights , IRP etc.
Partner with end users and stakeholders to gather user needs, run user research and usability sessions.
Translate product and business requirements into clear technical acceptance criteria and user stories.
Lead technical design, prioritization, and development of new product features.
Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders, including Sprint planning, scrums, compliance, road mapping and other key meetings
Engage with ISRM, Quality, Legal, Privacy, and other departments as needed in order to fulfill regulatory requirements for portfolio products
Collect and analyze early performance and engagement metrics; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Stay current with AI/ML trends in industry and contribute ideas for new features or product opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, economics, or other STEM or related discipline
5+ years of related technology experience
2 years of experience in a product, QA, or engineering-support role
Coding skills in: Python or JavaScript/TypeScript,
Experience using Git and familiarity with CI concepts (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with analytics tooling ( PowerBI /Fabric) and SQL for querying metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interviewing stakeholders and documenting requirements.
Detail-oriented with a bias toward documentation, reproducibility, and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to work across functions, build relationships and drive collaboration in order to achieve results and influence change in highly matrixed organization. Strong capacity to drive and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrated ability to develop business use cases and drive value delivery
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills and ability to communicate technology portfolio with business language
Energetic self-starter with growth mindset
Preferred qualifications
Experience in health care preferred
Experience with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or experience testing generative AI outputs
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and front-end testing tools
Experience with PowerBI and analytical tools
Experience with Database Management, Databricks, AWS stacks
Experience with usability testing tools and techniques
Experienced with SDLC and IAPP regulations

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000 - $151,800Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
