Position Responsibilities:
Manage promotional strategy and planning across all channels for retail category, including iteration, bundling strategy, modeling, forecasting, and post-analysis reporting to inform decision making on future programs. Establish and lead implementation of category learnings, insight and business strategies, driving prioritization and mitigation of risks. Identify new approaches and drive initiatives to increase category awareness and create processes to better manage category performance. Partner with retail teams regarding strategic business planning, identifying opportunities, and evaluating marketing solutions that drive profitable sales growth. Develop and lead weekly, monthly, and annual business reviews and sales planning processes.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in business administration, marketing, retail management, operations management, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) retail, operations, product or program management; (2) conducting negotiations and delivering results; (3) financial analysis and P&L ownership; (4) proficiency in Excel.
