Job description
Key job responsibilities
- Communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing
- Create and maintain tools and reports that support both Senior leadership as well as Operators at the site level
- Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
- Manage multiple ongoing priorities and closely adhere to internal team and stakeholder SLAs
- Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability and scalability
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources in order to provide visibility to pending changes
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Maintain/update documentation for internal training and reference
- Onboarding, training, and managing new team members
- Communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing
- Lead a team of 5+ Transportation Specialists and Leads to conduct daily scheduling operations for our downstream customers within operations.
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- 3+ years of project/program management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
- 1+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
