We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst 1 for Inventory Management to join our engineering team in Milpitas, United States. In this entry-level analyst role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting our supply chain operations. You will work with inventory management systems to track, analyze, and report on inventory levels, helping to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy across our organization. Tasks may also include asset transfers, test equipment vendor communication, and tester delivery timeline alignment across engineering, procurement and factory teams. Skill in reviewing finance reports, finding and resolving cost discrepancies, and keeping projects aligned across finance, logistics, test, and engineering teams.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to support decision-making and process improvements
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and documentation for management review
- Support inventory reconciliation activities and cycle count processes
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Perform data entry and verification tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Support the implementation of inventory management best practices and procedures
- Identifying, managing, and creating and plan and budget for long‑lead items
- Preparing and reviewing asset transfer forms (external and intercompany)
- Tester cost , inventory and part valuation and Total Cost of Ownership analysis for management and Finance review
- Tracking open actions, deadlines, ticket updates (Improve shipment visibility via tracker updates and proactive ETA communication to stakeholders)
- Able to multitask across finance, ops, and engineering support
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related role
- Functional knowledge of passive and active Electrocomponents, and interconnects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to interface with Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Factory teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Confluence, Agile Document Control and Oracle Cloud

- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
