gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
gTech Ads Sellside takes a customer centric, creative and collaborative approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to key advertisers and publisher customers. Responsibilities
- Provide consultation by delivering solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Guarantee the technical aspects of client integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
- Present in front of internal stakeholders and customers. Analyze and optimize the development of existing clients to ensure their success with the Google suite of products for partners.
- Work with complex data sets. Conduct analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis model development.
- Provide guidance to and work closely with sales and partners to provide inputs on data management and workflows. Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long term success and improve product offerings.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with web technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales.
- Experience with XML and HTTP protocols.
