You won't just support the business — you'll shape it. As a Senior HRBP embedded with one of
AWS's most ambitious and technically differentiated organizations — Annapurna Labs (
AWS Trainium) — you'll operate at the intersection of people strategy and breakthrough innovation. These teams are building the future of cloud infrastructure and quantum technology, and they need an HR leader who can match their pace, ambition, and intellectual rigor.
This is a seat at the table with senior leaders who are scaling organizations in uncharted territory. You'll design the talent architecture, drive the culture, and influence decisions that directly impact
AWS's competitive edge.
Key job responsibilities
Organizational Strategy: Partner directly with VPs and Directors to translate business goals into people strategies — org design, workforce planning, and operating models that scale with hypergrowth.
Talent & Succession: Build the leadership bench. Own succession planning, identify high-potential talent pipelines, and architect development paths that retain top technical and business talent in a fiercely competitive market.
Change Leadership: Lead through ambiguity. Drive complex org transformations, integrations, and cultural shifts with a bias for action and a steady hand.
Data-Driven Consulting:
Go beyond anecdotes. Leverage workforce analytics to surface insights, challenge assumptions, and deliver recommendations that move the needle on retention, engagement, and performance.
Scalable Solutions: Design HR programs and mechanisms that don't just solve today's problem — they anticipate tomorrow's. Build for scale without sacrificing the candidate and employee experience.
