Summary

As part of a dedicated sales team focused on the Digital Healthcare market, the DHC Global Account Manager is ADI’s principal contact for directly supporting healthcare customers in the US and is responsible for actively driving & managing customer centric engagement from introduction to executive level.

Working in conjunction with the field technical team and DHC Business Units, the DHC Global Account Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the overall growth strategy for a large Medical Device OEM.

Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic and potential high growth locations for the customer.
  • Develop executive level relationships within the customer and become a trusted consultant to the customer.
  • Drive and be the respected interface between all relevant levels (Incl. Execs) at the customer and within ADI.
  • Develop and execute customer strategic account plan to guide revenue growth.
  • Responsible for the driving opportunity pipeline.
  • Responsible for program level and annual price negotiations.
  • Responsible for regular reporting in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines and updated opportunity tracking
  • Needs to be persistent and not take no for an answer when it comes to delivering a solution or winning an opportunity.
  • Possess high level technical and commercial understanding & ability to articulate solution value vs cost.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market and an ability to recognize new trends and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ADI processes, standards, technologies & product strategy investments.
  • Travel to customer sites across US (and global as needed) together with technical team & BU staff, supporting complex customer engagement.
  • Model and mentor professional behaviors and presentation.

Required:

  • Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of digital healthcare and pharmaceutical markets.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a technically consultative role with high value, high profile customers.
  • Existing or previous senior leader relationships with leading US pharmaceutical and/or CROs.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and enjoys social interaction.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the healthcare and/or digital health industry. 
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets. 
  • Demonstrated experience working on cross functional teams to help capture unmet customer needs, define potential solutions, and shape strategic approach. 
  • Available to travel throughout US, and occasionally globally.
  • Languages: English

Preferred: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working for a pharma and/or biotech manufacturer with experience in clinical trials, remote patient monitoring, digital health, digital biomarkers, data science and/or patient engagement. 
  • Relevant advanced degree (PhD, MA, MBA, etc.) 
  • Languages: English

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $177,870 to $257,565.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
