Job description
Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.
Join YouTube's dynamic T2 Segment GTM team and shape the future of our largest segment of monetizing partners! As a key player in our entrepreneurial environment, you'll drive global business strategy alongside marketing and product. You'll lead the evolution of our scaled partner management strategy, wielding data to conduct analyses, build dashboards, and develop automated solutions.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we are in the early stages of evolving our T2 partnerships strategy. In this role, you will have an opportunity to make a significant impact in informing our strategy and developing innovative solutions.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
