Job description
AWS Go-To-Market Specialist teams are responsible for building a Go-to-Market strategy and the technical solutions to drive adoption of Cloud Operations services to AWS customers as well as build scaling motions for sellers to empower them. To accelerate our rapidly-growing business, we are looking for a motivated, technically strong person to build the next level of growth for cloud-based infrastructure management solutions from AWS.
Key job responsibilities
As a Specialist SSA Manager within AWS, you will have the exciting opportunity lead the team that helps accelerate adoption of AWS cloud computing services by customers and partners. Activities include constructing and building technical thought leadership for get-to-market and go-to-market plans for customer enablement independently and through partners, building C-level relationships, and driving new product innovation along with AWS service teams. You will be responsible for helping customers with technical know-how that drives top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of the service portfolio by establishing and growing business and technical relationships.

- 8+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
