Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning: Executes against defined hiring plans and tracks requisition progress against headcount targets and timeline commitments. Flags pipeline gaps early when candidate volume or quality falls below the level needed to meet hiring milestones. Understands the business team’s workforce priorities at a role level, including urgency, skill criticality, and interview capacity. Uses system-generated pipeline reports to monitor requisition health and report status accurately. Applies basic workforce planning context to prioritize effort across an assigned requisition portfolio.
Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence: Executes targeted sourcing campaigns using standard channels including job boards, ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral activation. Identifies early indicators of offer risk — hesitation, counteroffers, competing offers — and escalates to senior partners with context and a recommended response. Uses compensation benchmarking tools to verify offer accuracy and alignment to market and internal equity standards. Follows through on post-offer logistics including background check status, start date confirmation, and pre-boarding communication.
Operational Excellence, Technology & Metrics: Maintains ATS data accuracy and reporting hygiene across all assigned requisitions, including disposition codes, stage updates, and candidate record completeness. Tracks core recruiting KPIs — time-to-fill, time-to-offer, pipeline conversion rates — and uses these to self-assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Follows established process standards and compliance requirements consistently, including structured interview documentation and offer approval workflows.
