Job description

You will shape the end-to-end accessory experience in Apple Retail, bringing Apple-branded, Beats, and third-party products together into a unified, customer-first presentation that is clear, compelling, and intentional. You will own seasonal strategy and execution, drive accessory attach and conversion programs, and build the cross-functional relationships needed to deliver results at scale. Working in close partnership with the Beats team, you will develop a deep understanding of the brand, its product roadmap, and its retail opportunity. From creative briefs and visual merchandising to team member training and product launches, you will ensure Beats has a consistent, resonant narrative across every retail touchpoint — from concept through launch and beyond. You will support performance reporting cadences that transform data into insight, keeping stakeholders aligned and strategies sharp.
