Apple’s Compliance & Business Conduct organization is looking for an experienced and creative communications project manager. This critical role manages our organization’s communications on compliance policies, programs resources across the company.
Content - Work across the organization to help draft and manage content for both our internal websites and resources as well as our external compliance website.
Comms Planning – Create communications campaigns and plans, manage content creation and coordinate with PR for employee facing assets on internal sites and platforms.
Translations/Policy management - Manage translations for policies and other content with external vendors and internal reviewers across various teams and manage policy hosting and archiving.
Training – Create and manage training decks, organize trainings and track training feedback.
Reporting – Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics and reporting on compliance communications.
Vendor Management - Manage all communications related work with our external helpline platform vendor, as well as any communications-related vendors.
3-5 years of experience in a communications role supporting a large multinational company
Excellent project management and time management skills
Able to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications
Excellent writing and editing skills, preference for someone familiar with Apple style
Strong Keynote skills
Experienced and comfortable working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other communications stakeholders, including PR function
Professional, highly organized, self-motivated and curious
Work both independently and collaboratively with numerous people at all levels throughout the company
Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop relationships across a virtual team
