Amazon's B2B Payments & Lending team is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own day-to-day campaign operations across North America. This role is the operational backbone of our centralized marketing team — you'll ensure campaigns
launch on time, on spec, and in compliance across onsite, email, push, and lifecycle marketing channels. You'll work at the intersection of product marketing, channel marketing, and creative, translating campaign briefs into flawless execution while building the processes and operational rigor that scale our marketing engine.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You'll support business-critical product launches and rebrands, and serve as an early adopter of GenAI-powered marketing tools as they move into production.
Key job responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Execution
- Own end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and
launch across onsite, email, push, and lifecycle marketing channels for NA products
- Execute pre-
launch QA checklists and compliance verification; escalate issues to channel leads before
go-live
- Coordinate asset handoffs between creative, channel, and production teams
- Monitor campaign launches for day-of issues and flag to channel leads for resolution
Compliance & Approvals Routing
- Manage legal and compliance approval workflows for NA campaigns, ensuring all assets are reviewed and approved prior to
launch- Route partner and co-brand asset approvals through established workflows and track to completion
- Coordinate translations and localization needs for NA markets; flag gaps requiring vendor or automation solutions
Process Development & Automation
- Develop and maintain channel-specific operational SOPs for NA campaign execution
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive operational tasks across the campaign lifecycle
- Actively adopt and provide feedback on GenAI and marketing automation tools as they scale into production
Data Hygiene & Reporting Support
- Ensure accurate campaign tagging, naming conventions, and data hygiene across all NA campaigns
- Support reporting inputs and assist with data quality remediation efforts
- Partner with business operations to ensure seamless handoffs between reporting and campaign execution
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with
Asana Project Management Platform, or proven experience with a similar intake and project management tool
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
- Experience in partner marketing designing and building demand generation programs and events
- Experience with financial services, payments or e-commerce
- Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in process design and documentation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
