About the team:
The team leads dynamic projects in electric vehicles, depots, and automated
parcel delivery systems, aligning with key business goals. They oversee construction schedules, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and successful project delivery. Focused on strategic planning, risk management, and clear communication, the team drives operational excellence and timely completion. Members prioritize continuous improvement, problem-solving, and leadership growth, fostering a results-driven environment that supports sustainable development and upholds company values.
What you'll do: - Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking monthly and quarterly reports, and managing contractor payments and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by establishing performance standards and addressing noncompliance issues.
- Manage multiple construction projects, coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and liaising with municipalities to deliver quality projects on time.
- Collaborate with facility management to align project scope and schedules, minimizing operational impact.
- Monitor contractor work to ensure adherence to design specifications and timely completion.
- Lead and develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project effectiveness and implementing best practices.

- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop associates.
- Strong project management capabilities, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and cost control.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
