Your recommendations will balance customer experience with cost effectiveness, and your work will have a measurable impact on Amazon's end to end transportation ecosystem.

If you thrive on solving complex, ambiguous problems at scale, want to innovate across air and ground transportation solutions, and are passionate about delighting customers, we'd love for you to help us make Amazon AIR history.

- Monitor and manage flight capacity allocation across the network, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, and operational constraints.
- Navigate ambiguity while managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, taking full ownership and accountability for processes and delivering on commitments.
- Domestic travel up to 10% of the time.

A day in the life
As a Senior Flight Capacity Planner, you will develop and optimize flight schedule operating plans, identify new route opportunities, and communicate those plans across internal teams.
