Job description
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading core programs that help Prime Video Partners like Studios and Content creators ingest content into Prime Video. You will work across multiple organizations to understand how partner's content make from the studio all the way to the customer. You will work with other TPMs, SDEs, SDMs and FEEs to get a holistic picture of the partner's experience. You will be Prime Video's technical representative in projects with external partners, working with 3P developers to integrate with APIs, or working in exploratory projects across multiple 2P and 3P development teams. Finally, you will be responsible for Planning mechanisms for a 30+ developer team.
About the team
We are the Partner Experience organization, responsible for building systems and experiences that enable best in class content management, monetization and analytics capabilities for tens of thousands of Prime Video’s 3p partners (Hollywood Studios, Media Houses, Post Production Houses and Content Creators). - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 7+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
