Role summary:
This Merchant Director leads the development, execution, and expansion of benefit program spend at Walmart. You'll manage and develop a high-performing team by fostering collaboration and guiding strategic initiatives.
About the team:
The Directed Spend team leads Walmart’s specialty tender programs, including SNAP, OTC, WIC, and FSA,
enabling customers to maximize their benefits with Walmart’s everyday low prices.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising , or related field and 5 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area. OR 7 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
