Senior Merchant - Frozen Produce, you will lead category strategy and financial management to drive profitable growth across multiple channels. This role requires leveraging customer insights and data analytics to inform pricing, assortment, and supplier negotiations while managing a high-performing team. You will oversee the execution of business plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Your leadership will support continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through strategic decision-making and effective team development.

This team leads category strategy, supplier collaboration, and financial management to drive business growth. They utilize data insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions across channels. cross-functional efforts, they ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s commitment to integrity and ethical business practices.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive long-term business growth and profitability.
- Manage profit and loss, financial forecasting, and budgeting to meet financial targets.
- Lead supplier negotiations, establish terms, and oversee supplier performance and communication.
- Guide and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel strategies and optimize customer experience across touchpoints.
- Utilize data analysis and digital tools to inform decisions and improve category performance.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and assortment planning to support business objectives and customer needs.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in category management, including strategy development and execution for complex categories.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in profit and loss management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead supplier negotiations and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Skilled in team management, including coaching, performance evaluation, and talent development.
- Proficient in merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional planning across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience leveraging analytics to influence business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
