Job description

Devices Brand Studio (DBS), Amazon’s in-house creative organization within Devices & Services, is seeking an exceptional Senior Producer to bring new Amazon products, services, and brands to market through bold, high-impact creative.

In this role, you will lead the production of integrated launch content across video, photography, motion, retail, and digital experiences—shaping how millions of customers experience Amazon’s devices and services. You’ll operate at the intersection of creativity and execution, translating ambitious ideas into world-class work at scale.

You are both a strategic and hands-on production leader with strong creative instincts and a high bar for craft. You know how to define the right production approach, assemble and lead top-tier talent, and navigate complexity with clarity and ownership. You are equally comfortable diving into the details of a shoot as you are influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.


Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for integrated launch content across video, photography, motion, CG/animation, and emerging formats (including AI-enabled workflows)
- Scope, bid, and manage external production partners; build and maintain a high-quality vendor network
- Own production strategy—balancing creative ambition, timelines, and budget constraints
- Partner closely with creative leads (design, copy, creative leads) to translate concepts into executable production plans
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive solutions and tradeoffs
- Serve as the primary production point of contact across stakeholders including brand, retail, go-to-market, and leadership teams
- Communicate clearly and consistently on project status, risks, and milestones
- Ensure legal, licensing, and usage rights are secured for all deliverables
- Partner with Production Program Management to execute contracts, SOWs, and POs in compliance with Amazon’s Spending & Transaction policies
- Build and scale repeatable production processes to effectively plan and manage multiple concurrent projects
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs
- Strong network in video/motion and photography industries
- An online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great solutions across a range of production-related issues.
- Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, writers, and marketing managers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Excellent understanding of design, video, photo and motion work - Experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
- Experience working in e-commerce

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
