The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead content design for key workstreams, scope opportunities, define the direction, and deliver high-quality UX deliverables that shape product roadmaps and experiences.
- Drive UX content design frameworks, including principles and patterns.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous product problems, shaping them into UX solutions.
- Influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user-centric content experiences.
- Influence the development of priorities across projects to balance tactical and strategic efforts in alignment with larger project goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
- Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AI prompt writing/Model UX.
- Experience with localization and accessibility best practices.
- Experience shaping content design in complex workflows and understanding unique product constraints.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including legal and 3P teams, by managing feedback, aligning large groups, and communicating rationale effectively.
- Ability to provide both strategic direction and UX writing to create clear, concise user experiences across multiple platforms and a large ecosystem.
