Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

About the Role

As a AI Productivity Solutions Engineer & Analyst, you will be a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for designing and driving the adoption of high-impact AI solutions across Oura. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to reimagine business processes and build the next generation of AI-powered operations. Your work will directly influence Oura's operational efficiency, strategic capabilities, and the future of AI-driven work at the company

What You Will Do

  • Lead & Strategize: Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to identify and implement high-value AI and automation opportunities. Act as a strategic advisor to business units on all things AI.
  • Own high‑impact problem spaces from discovery → design → pilot → scale across multiple functions.
  • Architect & Design: Drive the end-to-end design and architecture of scalable, secure, and robust AI-powered solutions, translating complex business needs into technical specifications.
  • Vendor & Solution management: Establish build/buy strategy, evaluate and select platforms, negotiate enterprise terms, and define operating models and standards; drive end-to-end lifecycle
  • Develop & Implement: Drive the implementation and integration of sophisticated AI tools within core business applications (ERP, CRM, ITSM), ensuring they meet enterprise-grade standards.
  • Influence & Evangelize: Champion the adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools through compelling business cases, stakeholder engagement, and strategic change management. Mentor other team members on AI best practices.
  • Govern & Secure: Establish and enforce best practices for AI solution development, data security, compliance, and governance.
  • Measure & Optimize: Define and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the strategic impact of AI initiatives, iterating on solutions to maximize business value.
  • Innovate & Evaluate: Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, evaluating emerging technologies, platforms, and vendors to inform our internal AI roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you:

  • 8-10+ years of proven experience designing and leading the implementation of AI and automation solutions to drive significant, measurable productivity improvements.
  • Expert-level understanding of AI/ML technologies, generative AI (GPT, LLMs), and enterprise-grade workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato, UiPath).
  • Deep experience integrating AI solutions with complex enterprise platforms (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into a technical roadmap.
  • Proficiency with automation platforms, process modeling tools, and agile methodologies.
  • Advanced data literacy, including SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), to uncover insights and drive strategic automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build alignment and drive change with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Why Oura?

  • Be a key architect of Oura's internal AI strategy, driving transformational change across the organization.
  • Work in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment with a high degree of autonomy and impact.
  • Help define the future of AI-driven business systems at a company dedicated to improving lives.
