Key job responsibilities
• Drive the product
roadmap for internal demand planning and demand-based
pricing tooling
• Partner with business market teams, and global
pricing and service plans teams, to define features that seamlessly integrate business logic, data science, price elasticity, bandwidth
yield, and market objectives into our internal tools.
• Work with tech counterparts to design internal tools using a crawl-walk-run approach in order to move quickly from zero-to-one, while rapidly launching incremental features to address pain points and increase automation.
• Hold regular demo sessions, to refine feature sets, drive adoption, and fail fast through inventing and iterating
• Partner with finance counterparts to ensure that success criteria, controllership, and financial metrics are well-defined and understood
• Drive scrappy interim solutions as needed to ensure fully-scoped internal tools are not a blocker to service
launch• Use well-honed business judgment to ensure that the end-to-end demand, capacity, and
pricing systems are planned with the right integrations
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving
roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as
Tableau,
Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
