About applinity

applinity is a job-discovery and résumé-tailoring platform for professionals who already know where they want to work. It tracks 300 hand-picked Silicon Valley tech companies, pulls every open role straight from each company's applicant tracking system, and — for paid members — rewrites your résumé for each posting with a hard rule against inventing anything.

What applinity does

The catalog holds 46,000+ open US roles across engineering, product, data, design, sales, and operations. Every posting is read directly from the company's ATS — Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Eightfold, plus dedicated scrapers for Apple, Amazon, Meta, Google, and AMD — and refreshed nightly.

Once you upload a résumé, applinity scores every role against it using semantic similarity, then re-ranks the top matches with a one-sentence rationale. On the paid tier, Claude rewrites the top of your résumé for a specific job — leading with the bullets that match the posting and tightening them around the keywords a recruiter's screener looks for. Nothing is fabricated: no project, employer, language, year, or metric that wasn't already on your original.

Every posting also carries signals an aggregator can't reproduce — a compensation percentile against sibling roles, a ghost-job / stale-posting score, hiring-velocity context, and an H-1B sponsorship indicator.

Why direct from source

Most job boards are aggregators — they re-scrape other aggregators, so listings arrive stale, duplicated, or already closed. applinity reads each company's applicant tracking system directly, which is why postings are fresh and accurate and why the comp, location, and posting-age fields can be trusted.

The product began under the working name SVJobs.AI. It was renamed because the old name boxed the brand into a single geography — the catalog is deliberately Silicon Valley-focused, but the approach, reading roles from the source and tailoring per posting, isn't tied to a zip code.

Who operates applinity

applinity is built and operated by SCRIPTTHEMARKET LLC. It is a product for job seekers — there is no recruiter-side or employer-side offering. Questions, feedback, and press enquiries go to hello@applinity.com, and the contact page lists topic-specific addresses.

How your data is handled

applinity does not sell personal information and does not train models on your data. Your résumé is never shared with an employer you didn't apply to. Model processing runs through Anthropic and OpenAI; billing through Stripe; transactional email through Resend; hosting on Vercel; and storage in Supabase (AWS, US East). What applinity is not
