Working together with key cross functional partners, such as other Product Managers, Product Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Content Management, Engineering, Operations and more, you will help chart a course to evolve our platform architecture. Your role is to challenge old assumptions, and bring them flexibility and dynamism that our business teams need to take us into the future - all while keeping our existing multi-billion dollar business running flawlessly. Your experience building and scaling complex distributed systems, will guide critical architecture decisions, and drive the adoption of cloud native patterns, Infrastructure as Code, and modern delivery pipelines. Beyond strategy and roadmaps, you’ll dive into the details and help drive projects leading cross-functional efforts deliver platform upgrades and optimize our tools and processes.
Develop multi-year strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve business objectives.
Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities.
Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to senior partners and executives.
Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn.
7+ years combined experience in Product Management or Project/Program Management, driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
Ability to dive into technical details and designs including data platform, CRM, web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
Familiarity with 3rd Party e-commerce marketplace integrations
Experience working with publishing, merchandising, and other key e-commerce systems, with a focus on ensuring scalability, automation and seamless integration to the larger platform.
Experience with SaaS, including CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe), and Data Science
