As a Sr. Principal Product Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in bringing cutting-edge semiconductor products from first silicon to high-volume production. You will drive productization strategy across multiple advanced-node programs and help deliver the connectivity foundation powering the AI era.
This is a highly visible role with broad influence across engineering, operations, and executive leadership. You will collaborate globally with design, test, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations to ensure successful product ramps at scale.

This role is based onsite in Santa Clara, CA, five days per week. Our in-person environment enables rapid innovation, deeper technical collaboration, faster decision-making, and strong partnership across teams.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced semiconductor product engineering leader with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and driving execution at scale.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
156,820 - 234,900, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
