AWS as Partner Migration Business Development Manager for
ERP Partners. This role will build and execute
AWS Partner Program to help one of our strategic software partners and their customers to accelerate migration and modernization on
AWS.
You will work jointly with
GTM (
Go-To-Market) teams and Build and Own Programs across the partner’s solution portfolio. As the Migration Business Development Manager for
ISV ERP’s, you will hold a holistic view of the partner business and work across both our Strategic Technology Partner teams and the
AWS sales team to enhance and grow
AWS and partner revenue globally via the program.
You will become a trusted resource for the partner and
AWS internal teams collaborating with the partner, customer, and/or SI partners on sales and business plans. You will develop deep understanding business issues and concerns impacting customer adoption of partner solutions and help the partner accelerate adoption of their solutions on
AWS by driving strategic initiatives and/or building and/or adapting
AWS programs to accelerate software adoption and business outcome realization for customers.
You will create superior end customer and partner experiences that result in business growth for both
ERP ISV’s and SI partners deploying and modernizing the
ISV partner solutions on
AWS by being customer and partner-centric in all activities, and accurately representing
AWS within the partner's organization. This role is unique from other roles in
AWS in its overall focus on establishing and maintaining repeatable migration and modernization programs aligned to a specific strategic technology partner (
ERP) and helping ensure that joint business growth metrics are achieved.
Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with the partner and
AWS teams to create program strategy, lead build, deployment, and execution of programs to accelerate adoption of partner solutions on
AWS through migration, modernization, and new deployments.
- Orchestrate
cross-functional resources within
AWS to support
ISV partner
GTM activities and create/maintain a long-term, scalable joint
GTM model that drives partner and
customer success with their specific software workloads.
- Maintain
AWS/partner business plans, establishing clear, mutual commitments around joint customer activities, readiness/skills development, and sales activities.
- Build and scale programs in the field by working with consulting practice leaders, marketing, sales enablement, regional business development teams, alliance teams, service teams, professional services and field teams.
- Provide regular updates on partner activities and adoption of the program. Lead and participate in periodic business reviews (WBRs/MBRs/QBR’s) to share business updates, trends, and insights.
- Assist with customer and partner program briefings, present at customer and partner events, advance
AWS thought leadership in the relative to deployment, migration, and modernization of partner solutions on
AWS.
- Drive companywide program execution including investments, field-training and field-readiness, and operating mechanisms for partner aligned programs. Constantly maintain a clear view of the return on mutual investments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align resources and investments needed to execute on the business plans, achieve goals, and continuously adapt and improve programs to support evolving partner and customer needs and requirements.

- 5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
- 5+ years of working with Business Application Technologies, including, but not limited to End User Compute (EUC), Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services experience
- 5+ years of
Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe,
Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs across large-scale operations, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and
cross-functional teams
- Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
