As a DCM Production Designer, you’ll be responsible for exporting, uploading, organizing, localizing, and troubleshooting image and video content for the Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, and Direct Marketing Campaigns, worldwide.
Create translated versions of technical specification images, marketing headlines, web banners, and product imagery with OS screens.
Upload and validate all graphical changes in our staging environment, ensuring high quality results get delivered to the customer-facing environment.
Test and implement new e-commerce enhancements.
Refine processes to improve efficiencies and quality of work.
4 years of experience in web design or web production design, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Experience adapting to changing priorities and ambiguous project requirements in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production work on tight timelines
Able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods.
BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience
Maintains composure and focus when managing multiple deadlines and complex project requirements
Demonstrates ownership and accountability for project outcomes
Makes timely decisions while managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
Reviews work with attention to detail and troubleshoots complex issues
Organizes and maintains digital file and asset libraries
Upholds design quality and brand consistency across deliverables
