We're looking for a product-minded designer who will help drive direction with the skills to design high-craft UI to bring those products to life. AI is changing what developer tools can do, and we want someone who is actively engaged with the technology — bringing clarity and direction on how to leverage capabilities that are rapidly taking shape. Our team iterates quickly, thrives on feedback, cares deeply about the details, and holds a high bar for taste. You'll pitch your work with partners and executives, build alignment across teams, and collaborate closely with engineering to bring features to life. We're looking for someone who will bring innovative ideas, foster a supportive environment, and enhance the effectiveness and cohesion of our team as we create functional and inspirational developer experiences.
Drive product direction by incorporating expertise and perspectives into a cohesive, impactful vision.
Create design mockups, prototypes, and specifications using design tools like Sketch or by coding prototypes.
Apply, adapt, or develop design patterns to solve new challenges.
Design for AI systems: create the mental models, control surfaces, and trust mechanisms that let developers guide and verify what a system does on their behalf.
Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams, skillfully balancing requirements and constraints.
Maintain a high level of detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs.
Present and pitch your ideas to other designers, cross-functional teams, and leadership. Interpret and incorporate feedback from all levels, refining designs as needed.
Adapt to changing scope, requirements, and limitations throughout development.
Experienced in a highly technical domain.
Actively engaged with AI dev tools and excited by what they make possible.
Drives product vision that unites technical requirements with user focus.
Thrives in an iterative design and feedback process.
Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, craft, and problem-solving.
