Key job responsibilities
• Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation
Product Lifecycle Management (
PLM) work-stream.
• Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and organizations.
• Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of
cross-functional teams.
• Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.
* Lead the development of new product(s) vision, strategy and roadmap.
* Work with engineering and business teams to identify opportunities for new products/services that enable product development scalability.
* Authors Working Backwards documents [PRFAQ].
* Proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impact the product roadmap.
* Define business requirements. Translate requirements into features and user stories.
* Own project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
* Manages product implementation(s) budget, scope, and timeline.
* Define KPIs to measure product success.

About the team
The Amazon Robotics (AR) Technology Enablement Services (TES) Team enables AR’s people, purpose, and place to deliver the future. We remove barriers, drive organizational productivity, and foster growth. We serve AR leadership, product customers, and employees, and collaborate with teams throughout FTR. Creating a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace experience. Designing and iterating on learning, development, and engagement solutions to support needs of operators and employees. Synthesizing and articulating AR’s long-term strategy, near-term goals, product roadmaps, and workforce strategy. Developing and managing cross organizational mechanisms, reporting, programs, and Sustainability efforts.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as
Tableau,
Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
- Experience in supply chain such as contracting, demand management and/or planning and procurement, and supply chain operations
- - Experience in developing
Product Lifecycle Management (
PLM) systems.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
