In this role, you'll influence, support, and implement forward-looking capabilities to help Apple stay ahead of the competition.
The Retail Fulfillment Operations portfolio spans a wide range of programs, including the expansion of both online and physical retail stores, new and enhanced fulfillment methods, innovative gifting, payment and affordability options, trade-in and repair strategies, retail replenishment and inventory management, and enabling Apple's 2030 sustainability goals. Success in this role requires deep expertise in supply chain fulfillment operations and the ability to manage complex global projects.
This role leads global cross-functional teams to deliver technology and process solutions that improve customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and support business growth across Retail Fulfillment Operations. You'll also partner with senior leadership to define business process and capability roadmaps aligned to Apple's evolving retail strategy.
The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, comfortable driving clarity and decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership
Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
Define KPIs and measure project and operational success
Bachelor's degree required; (Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Technology, or related field)
6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to any audience level
Self starter
Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics
Proficient in process mapping and other process analysis techniques
Experience working with business leads to define and execute process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term functional strategies
Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support
Proven track record managing global, complex projects including stakeholder engagement and risk management
Broad supply chain management experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, or order-to-cash; payment processing and/or fraud mitigation experience a plus
Relevant experience with online and retail merchandising systems, data management, data architecture, payment, fraud, and CRM systems
Understanding of SAP, SAP Retail, or Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across global teams

Technically curious and quick to adopt emerging technologies; hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tools and their operational applications is a plus
Proven self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments — able to structure problems, set direction, and drive progress without a fully defined playbook
