Oversee the day-to-day scheduling, tracking, and verification of assets incoming from 3rd-party vendors through the Apple TV digital supply chain.
Collaborate with the Mastering, Localization, Distribution, and Ingest Operations teams to identify, order, and execute deliverables (video, audio, and timed text) for internal stakeholders.
Monitor all milestone and delivery due dates, oversee urgent timelines to ensure all ordered materials are expedited for distribution tasks for the platform, and all ordered services are received.
Ensure all title/series information and metadata is available in inventory and tracking systems.
Enablement and support for inventory servicing needs (both internal to the Apple TV platform and for external endpoints).
Monitor delivery queues ensuring high priority orders and SLAs are met.
Demonstrate working knowledge of digital archival principles, industry standard file formats, and delivery best practices.
High proficiency in post-production workflows and related assets. Strong Asset Management experience in the realm of digital media.
Ensuring leadership vision is executed across the larger team in both incoming asset inventory and outbound distribution and servicing needs are fulfilled.
Providing daily status updates and reporting metrics on activities across multiple teams.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Apple leadership.
Tooling and workflow development and maintenance to support and enhance the priorities defined above.
7+ years of experience in Asset Management Operations at a studio, television network, or high-level industry-related facility.
5+ years of strong, working understanding of asset management standards and common fulfillment practices.
Strong knowledge and understanding of episodic and movie servicing workflows.
Knowledgeable of Audio/Video containers, codecs, and file formats.
Strong, working understanding of domestic and localized international versioning (multiple languages, version control).
Team leadership training and experience with people management.
Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position.
Available to work nights and weekends as needed.
Up to 5% + travel required; both domestic and international.
Deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware (macOS, iOS, Apple Music, App Store, Books, Podcasts, Apple tv+, Vision Pro, Fitness+, etc.).
Collaborative, organized, and a proven leader.
Work well under pressure with trusted experience working on complex, international, large-scale, and time-critical projects.
Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment.
Implementation and management of SOP documentation.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.
Must have the ability to make decisions independently.
Track history of building and maintaining trust as a team lead.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
Poised under pressure and results-driven.
Proactive on details, while also knowing when to delegate to team DRIs.
