Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Technology Services

A strong Senior Engineer with experience in tech transformation, operating model set up, and experience in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of AI automation solutions that streamline business processes using artificial intelligence (AI), workflow orchestration, and process automation. Key duties include:

Tailored Implementation: Customizing Automation solutions - Gen AI, Process Automation platforms to function effectively in the business function's unique environment.
Technical Troubleshooting: Solving complex technical blockers and debugging issues during deployment, acting as a liaison between business function needs and the product engineering team.
Technology & Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, IoT, and cloud computing, to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and reliability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical thought leader, influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.
Business Function Embedding: Working alongside business functions to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
AI/System Integration: Deploying and operationalizing AI agents and complex data models within production environments.
Matrix Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, IT, operations) and steer vendor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely.
Product Development: Feeding customer insights back to the internal development team to improve the core platform.

6+ years experience in application development with proven track record of developing highly reliable and scalable systems.
Experience in building solutions using GenAI.
Experience with designing and implementing highly available, distributed systems and web services.
Good understanding of object oriented techniques, algorithms, Java design patterns and reusable component design.
Proven record of completing projects on-time and to specification.
Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Good verbal and written communications skills.

Passion for the customer, user experience and actioning user feedback.
Experience in RPA and AgenticAI.
Passion to use GenAI to build innovative solutions.
Excellent prioritization and scheduling skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies quickly.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment within your team and cross-group.
Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Focus on delivering with high quality code with unit and integration tests.
Good understanding of relational and no-SQL database technology.
Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies.
Passion for data quality, code elegance, clear documentation, cost saving and operational excellence and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
BS / MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
