You will serve as the program management lead for the launch and lifecycle of new gifting and redemption experiences within the Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating complex, multi-workstream initiatives into coordinated plans that deliver results across Retail, B2B, Digital, and Channel.

Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution for new gifting and redemption experiences, coordinating across consumer marketing, product marketing, PR, retail, and channel partners.
Drive integrated marketing execution across email, on-device, owned digital, and in-store channels, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Partner with Business Development and third-party retailers to align on digital placements and drive consistent execution across channel partners.
Support ongoing global management of Apple Gift Card and App Store Card across Retail, B2B, Digital, and Channel, ensuring continuity alongside new product expansion.
Manage agency and vendor relationships, tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets, while partnering with multi-market teams to integrate local efforts into global strategies.
10+ years of experience managing integrated advertising programs within a marketing function.
8+ years of experience delivering global, complex communication projects autonomously and successfully.
5+ years of experience managing and tracking budgets, vendor payments, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with internal and external partners, cultivating interpersonal relationships.
Strong organization skills and behaviors to manage global, complex projects with precision.
Strong attention to detail in creative execution, copywriting, campaign development, and specs management.
B.A. or B.S. degree
Experience in commerce, payments, gifting, or loyalty marketing, with a strong understanding of the consumer purchase journey.
Proven track record managing product or feature launches at scale within a consumer technology or services environment.
Experience working across retail and channel partner marketing, including co-marketing programs and third-party digital placements.
Ability to distill complex, multi-stakeholder programs into clear executive communications and presentations.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with the ability to prioritize and adapt without losing momentum.
