About the team:The Technology Operations team ensures operational excellence by managing
Jira administration, vendor relationships, and governance processes. It aligns engineering and product functions to enhance productivity and strategic execution. The team collaborates across departments to uphold organizational standards, monitor progress, and support business priorities. Focused on program management, financial oversight, and process improvement, members drive efficient delivery of technology initiatives. Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills are essential to facilitate continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement within a dynamic environment.
What you'll do: - Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage program budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
- Develop integrated plans, define charters, and establish performance baselines across multiple projects.
- Identify risks, design mitigation strategies, and track progress using program management tools.
- Influence stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven insights to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing workflows.
- Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business units to achieve program success.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Proven ability to define and execute integrated program plans aligned with business priorities and technology strategies.
- Strong expertise in risk assessment, resource allocation, and scenario planning to ensure successful program delivery.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, influencing decision-making, and building consensus across teams.
- Proficiency in monitoring program performance using KPIs and driving continuous process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor associates.
- Solid understanding of business operations and technology landscape to align initiatives with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
