We are looking for a driven Digital Program Manager to lead a complex digital platform initiative across multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own program schedules and execution while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, IT, UI/UX, Systems, and Privacy/Security teams to deliver impactful digital experiences. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead end-to-end program management for the organization’s digital platform initiative, including planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
Develop and manage integrated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams including Product Management, Systems, IT, Software Engineering, UI/UX, Privacy, and Security.
Drive program governance, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
Partner with technical and business teams to define priorities, resolve blockers, and manage competing demands across the digital ecosystem.
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.
Support roadmap planning and resource coordination across multiple initiatives and teams.
Contribute to the long-term strategy and foundation of the company’s evolving digital ecosystem and customer experiences.
Oversees activities of the company’s development and design requirements for software systems, applications and software quality assurance for enhancements and new products, including cloud-based or internet-related tools, to meet the current and future Software needs.
Manages activities to assure programs are appropriately resourced and ensure continuous improvement in technical capability, process, and compliance.
Manages scope, cost, and schedule within a cross-functional development team.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Minimum Requirement (Must Haves):
Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
OR advance degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience leading or managing the delivery of mobile applications, web applications, and enterprise digital platforms.
Demonstrated experience integrating digital products with complex enterprise IT systems, third-party platforms, and SaaS solutions.
Experience working across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Software Engineering, IT, Systems, UI/UX, Privacy, and Security.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
Experience operating within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and drive alignment across technical and business organizations.
Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical delivery plans and actionable program roadmaps.
Experience building or scaling customer-facing digital ecosystems and connected platform experiences is highly desirable.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
