We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Strategy & Operations Lead to act as the primary business partner for our technical and commercial teams, and to serve as a key architect of our global partner scaling and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy that underpins our partner ecosystem. A major focus of your work will be leading our flagship strategic programs—spanning both commercial and technical initiatives—across global markets. You will bridge the gap between commercial objectives and operational reality, ensuring our cross-functional resources are deployed effectively to meet business goals.

We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
