Key job responsibilities
- Own the supply operations and health for Amazon
DSP supply integrations, ensuring optimal performance and partner satisfaction
- Develop and execute
real-time monitoring tools and dashboards to optimize ad delivery and provide transparency to advertisers
- Partner with leading exchanges, SSPs, and internal stakeholders to understand programmatic capabilities, advocate for partner needs, and inform product prioritization
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering leaders to build strategic business plans aligned with long-term objectives and market opportunities
- Identify critical issues within partner relationships and supply operations, escalate to appropriate stakeholders, and drive resolution with urgency
A day in the life
In this role, you'll focus on the operational health and growth of Amazon
DSP Supply partnerships. You'll spend your time building
real-time monitoring tools that help advertisers optimize their campaigns, collaborating with industry-leading exchanges and SSPs to understand programmatic capabilities, and translating partner feedback into actionable product requirements. You'll work across multiple time zones—partnering with teams in New York, Palo Alto, Seattle, London, and Bangalore—to develop market strategies and execute business development opportunities. Your days will blend strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, as you bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our partners' operational needs.

We're a collaborative group dedicated to making programmatic advertising more efficient and transparent for advertisers at scale. Our team spans business, product, and engineering disciplines, and we're expanding rapidly across international markets. We serve brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs—helping them build awareness, drive sales, and achieve measurable outcomes. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be central to our mission of connecting advertisers with the right audiences across Amazon properties and thousands of publisher sites and mobile apps worldwide. We're looking for someone who can think strategically about market opportunities while staying grounded in the operational details that make partnerships successful.
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of
Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience within advertising technology related sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in
stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
