As a Field Sales Representative on this team, you will be working with our Public Sector accounts related to different public entities across Civilian, specifically the USDA vertical. You’ll leverage experience engaging with senior executives to build on existing relationships, establish relationships in new areas, and act as a business partner to understand our customer's challenges and goals. You will advocate the innovative power of our products and solutions to make public organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $118000 - $171000 (USD) + 150% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers to influence their long-term technology and business decisions. Add value as a trusted advisor.
- Become an expert on customers business, including SaaS product portfolio, technology strategy, strategic growth plans, business drivers, financial structure, customer base, vertical market offering and engaged landscape.
- Lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners, to maximize business impact within Public Sector customers.
- Manage business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms.
- Drive business development, own operational excellence at scale, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
- Experience working with the public sector market including government, state, municipalities, or education entities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience engaging with accounts, promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.
- Experience selling Cloud Solutions across public sector, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes for Federal Civilian agencies in the USDA vertical.
- Experience developing and managing key executive relationships, leading strategic discussions and presenting in front of customer stakeholders ranging from C-levels to ICs on respective technology teams across each LoB.
- Experience with Data Center Migrations.
- Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases.
- Experience growing customer accounts and acquiring new customers to accelerate business growth.
