The Seasonal Trainer is assigned to the Learning Department and will hold responsibilities specific to that area. This position will support the Learning Department.
The Seasonal Trainer is responsible for the execution of Behind the Smile, a new Tier 1
new hire onboarding program within NACF, with a focus on providing a welcoming,
exciting, and engaging new hire experience. The Seasonal Trainer plays a key role in
driving the success of the onboarding program by supporting new hires in acclimating
to their roles and feeling connected to Amazon culture. The Seasonal Trainer also
works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants and associates
to constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which they are
assigned.
To succeed, the Seasonal Trainer will need to communicate effectively, execute
tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. In addition, and

Key job responsibilities
Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:
Plan, facilitate, and execute logistics for FC courses drawing participants from around the globe.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training-related programs.
• Assure trainees are given accurate and useful information on an ongoing basis, including frequent verbal feedback.
• Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation. Using feedback, continuously strive for improved training programs and processes.
• Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.).
• Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
• Assess development needs for individuals and groups.
• Fully understand workflow and daily production goals.
• Problem solving responsibilities:

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
