The (USA) Manager, Strategic

Account Management team drives business growth by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and aligning initiatives to meet customer and company goals. The team excels in analyzing market trends, managing product assortments, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. Members collaborate cross-functionally to develop business cases, lead negotiations, and enhance customer experiences through effective onboarding and communication. Focused on continuous improvement and ethical practices, the team supports talent development and promotes accountability to achieve measurable results while upholding Walmart’s values and commitment to operational excellence.
What you'll do: - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business initiatives.
- Lead efforts to identify and communicate goals, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.
- Utilize business acumen to analyze market trends, interpret data, and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Drive sales activities by articulating product features and value propositions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build joint business plans and support revenue growth.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze business metrics, data models, and market trends to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
- Expertise in negotiation and communication to influence outcomes and build effective partnerships.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product assortment, and sales forecasting techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business objectives.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
