Key Responsibilities
Stocking position & availability ownership for ~50K materials: build and maintain reporting to identify in-stock gaps, risk, and opportunities; partner with Supply Chain and distributor operations to execute inventory actions and improve in-stock performance.
POS/POA/WSI forecasting: develop weekly/quarterly forecasts, track run-rates and variance, and clearly communicate assumptions and data definitions; apply statistical approaches (e.g., regression/run-rate and confidence bands) where appropriate.
eShop ship-revenue outlook: publish leadership-ready forecast narrative and supporting drivers (confirmed backlog, turns, incremental bookings) and maintain customer concentration views (Top Customers) to highlight revenue drivers and risk.
eCommerce Distribution QBR asset ownership: create standardized quarterly business review materials covering customer count growth, POS growth and market share, OTD-to-FCD performance, A-runner in-stock %, backlog alignment, and action/issue tracking.
Driving business analysis alignment cross functionally to address eShop and eComm distributor painpoints outside of Global Channel team ownership.
eShop Operations Reporting: create and own a one-stop eShop operations dashboard to inform business teams on order management, quoting, customer profile to measure and track information related to business process and systems health and customer insights
eShop User Experience Analytics: Collect data across customer experience surveys and customer inquiries, grouping and reporting out on themes through replicable leadership ready reports that will inform key eShop platform enhancements
Core Deliverables / KPIs
Forecast accuracy and transparency (POS/POA/WSI + ship outlook): documented methodology, variance explanation, and stakeholder alignment.
In-stock performance for strategic material segments (e.g., DigiKey A-runners) and closure of inventory actions.
QBR asset quality and timeliness: standardized deck, consistent data sources, clear commentary, and action tracking.
Eshop business operations dashboard: key business processes are measured and goaled
EShop user experience report out: standardized deck, clear commentary, action tracking
Qualifications
5+ years in analytics / operations / supply chain / channel management (or equivalent).
Advanced Excel skills; experience building repeatable dashboards/reports (Power BI/Qlik or similar preferred).
Strong quantitative skills: forecasting, variance analysis, and ability to translate analysis into actions.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority; strong project/time management.
Strong written and verbal communication; can create concise, executive-ready PowerPoint narratives.
Experience supporting eCommerce distribution partners and/or digital channel operations.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $109,600 to $150,700.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
