Amazon Private Brands (
APB) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Consumables Private Brands North America team and serve as the
APB Space Point of Contact. This role combines comprehensive support with space planning coordination for the broader
APB organization, plus backup support to the Lead EA.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant for the Consumables Private Brands North America team (CPB), you will manage complex calendars, communications, and priorities for the leadership team while anticipating and resolving potential issues before escalation. You will handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, serve as liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, and complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance.
In your role as
APB Space Point of Contact, you will organize, plan, and execute space management for the
APB team, including coordinating team moves at the North American Stores level. You will lead
cross-functional projects impacting organizational effectiveness, develop and optimize space-related processes, and serve as the primary contact for all
APB space planning needs. Additionally, you will lead
cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, build positive team environments and strong working relationships, and provide backup support to the Lead EA as needed.

- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and
react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
