About the Job:
The Associate Director, Integrated Marketing & Non-Personal Promotion is an integral member of the TZIELD marketing organization and reports to the Senior Director of Patient Marketing & Commercialization Acceleration. This role supports the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer audiences to increase awareness, engagement, and appropriate utilization of TZIELD.
The Associate Director will translate brand strategies into impactful customer engagement programs, leveraging insights, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and agency partnerships to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with Marketing, Medical, GTMC, Market Development, Strategic Accounts, Patient Engagement, and other cross-functional partners to ensure aligned and effective execution of TZIELD marketing priorities.

Main Responsibilities
Support execution of integrated HCP and consumer marketing strategies aligned to TZIELD business priorities and evolving patient opportunities.
Develop and optimize non-personal promotional initiatives across HCP and consumer audiences, including digital engagement, educational resources, campaigns, and customer communications.
Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop, execute, and maintain marketing materials and engagement programs.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with GTMC and other enablement partners to support omnichannel execution and delivery of connected customer experiences.
Gather insights from field teams, customers, market research, and performance analytics to inform optimization of marketing initiatives.
Support measurement of campaign effectiveness through KPI tracking, analytics, and ongoing performance reviews.
Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance teams to support timely review and approval of marketing materials.
Support development and execution of launch and indication expansion priorities as needed.
Partner with training, field, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and effective deployment of marketing initiatives.
Maintain strong agency partnerships and support management of marketing investments.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
About You
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing, sales, commercialization, or related roles.
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
Understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital engagement, and customer analytics.
Experience with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
Strong communication skills with ability to influence across teams and levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

The salary range for this position is:
