machine learning techniques. It combines expertise in programming, automation, and business strategy to develop and validate innovative solutions. Team members collaborate to analyze complex datasets, design predictive models, and deploy scalable applications that drive measurable business results. This environment promotes the use of statistical methods,
data engineering, and visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What you'll do: - Apply advanced statistical methods and analytical modeling techniques to solve complex business problems and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and hypothesis testing to develop and refine predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions using programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Support deployment, evaluation, and scalability of analytical models in production environments, ensuring performance and sustainability.
- Maintain data quality standards and manage data sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Create clear data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and influence business strategies.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in data management, data quality standards, and data governance to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical methods, exploratory data analysis, and analytical modeling techniques including machine learning algorithms.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark for code development, testing, and model deployment.
- Experience with big data analytics tools such as Apache Spark to support scalable model implementation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions with sound understanding of business context.
- Skilled in data visualization using Tableau and Python libraries to effectively communicate insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
