We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and team player to join our team as a SAP Basis Administrator. In this role, you will be required to manage a team and provide optimal solutions for a complex and integrated landscape. You would be required to think broadly and quickly.
Monitor enterprise vulnerability and security management tools.
Coordinate remediation activities with Infrastructure, Application, and Information Security teams.

Prepare dashboards, operational metrics, and management status reports.
Maintain documentation and support compliance evidence collection.
Support daily operations of the enterprise workload automation environment.
Assist with job scheduling, monitoring, agent support, and application onboarding activities.
Troubleshoot scheduling and batch processing issues and support incident resolution efforts.
Coordinate operational activities with Application Development and Production Support teams.
Maintain operational runbooks and support documentation.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and change implementation activities alongside the central platform team.
Monitor application health, operational alerts, and batch processing performance.
Support issue triage, escalation, and operational follow-up activities.
Assist with operational health reviews and reporting activities.
Identify recurring operational issues and support process improvement activities.
Work with support teams to improve monitoring visibility and application stability.
Develop lightweight Python scripts and utilities to automate repetitive operational tasks.
Support reporting automation and REST API integrations where applicable.
Assist with documentation updates and operational process improvements.
Participate in production support coordination activities.
2 years of experience in production support, operations engineering, workload automation, or enterprise platform support.
2 years of experience in supporting workload automation or enterprise job scheduling platforms.
2 years of experience of working knowledge in Linux/Unix environments.
2 years of experience with Python scripting and REST APIs.
Understanding of vulnerability remediation and operational support processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.
Strong operational ownership and attention to detail.
Effective cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
Structured troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a production environment.
Process improvement and automation mindset.
