What you'll do: - Drive associate engagement by analyzing survey data and employment trends to identify solutions and support company policies.
- Develop and execute HR business plans aligned with regional goals, monitoring facility performance and market trends.
- Advise and guide management on labor concerns, policy application, and conflict resolution to ensure consistent practices.
- Manage talent acquisition and development by sourcing key candidates, facilitating performance management, and supporting career growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations through audits, training, and monitoring HR practices.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to implement effective HR strategies and business solutions.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and succession planning within a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong expertise in performance management and employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to develop actionable HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and building effective partnerships across multiple facilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and HR policies to ensure consistent application and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated capability to drive organizational effectiveness through talent development and workforce planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
