A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a Program Manager for Category Supply and Demand Planning, you will be the end-to-end strategic owner for a specific Pixel product category line. This high-visibility, individual contributor role sits at the heart of our hardware business, requiring a leader who can navigate complex business dynamics and drive a multi-billion dollar category through its full lifecycle from Early Engagement and New Product Introduction (NPI) to End-of-Life (EOL) management.
In this role, you will own the consensus demand-supply plan and the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) engine for your category. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with cross-functional leaders across global offices and time zones. You will heavily influence the business in defining the Plan of Record (POR), using advanced analytical capabilities and strong storytelling to guide executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a supply chain subject matter expert, highly analytical, and excels at driving alignment without direct authority in a fast-paced environment.
