Our Process Integration team is at the center of advancing next‑generation memory technology. We work closely across engineering, manufacturing, and change management to turn data into action and keep programs moving forward. We’re hiring a Senior Process Integration Technician to partner with Module Engineers and help drive day-to-day execution. This role is essential to keeping experiments, conversions, and production priorities on track through strong coordination and clear communication. You’ll play a hands‑on role in data analysis, issue resolutions, and cross‑functional alignment to support key technology milestones.
Responsibilities:
Partner with PI Module Engineers to analyze data and support assigned process modules
Coordinate experiments, lot movement, and logistics including SWR issues, tracking, and holds monitoring
Collaborate with module owners, area owners, and change management partners to execute conversions on schedule
Provide engineering support including SWR/GCP writing, WIS monitoring, data extraction, and reporting
Communicate progress, risks, and needs to maintain alignment and meet program goals
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
6+ years working in a technician role in manufacturing or R&D environments
Experience in process integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module support
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data to support engineering decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work in a fast‑paced environment
Proven problem solving skills including root cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DRAM process integration, advanced packaging, or change management at Micron
Familiarity with DRAM or bond flows and inline detection methods
Experience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion execution
Understanding of cycle time optimization and priority‑based lot management
Experience with program milestone planning, risk management, and change workflows
