The
WWPS Cadence Content Lead will be responsible for managing the content creation, curation and analysis for all externally facing
WWPS executive cadences. This include the preparation of the VP of
WWPS or his delegate on a weekly basis for the
AWS CEO
WBR meeting, a bi-weekly preparation for the
AWS WBR with the CEO of Amazon. Beyond these well established cadences, this role will take the lead on ensuring the PS business narrative is told consistently in all forums, driving messaging consistency and narrative uniformity, regardless of cadence or audience
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the weekly
WBR document creation, including the initial data analysis, the document drafting, internal preparation meetings as well as final preparation meetings with the VP of
WWPS- Lead the bi-weekly narrative creation for the B-
WBR with the CEO of Amazon, in collaboration with
WWPS and Central Finance
- Establish close cross-departmental relationships to ensure
WWPS is well represented and has early visibility into key action items
- Drive messaging consistency and uniformity for
WWPS business narratives, across all cadences and audiences
- Closely collaborate with FSO leaders, SSBO leaders, central and
WWPS finance, goal owners, Public Sector leaders and Head of PS Front Office to ensure executive cadence asks are managed seamlessly and executed timely and with the highest quality standards

- 4+ years of people management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in people management
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for
CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting,
Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience using
Salesforce or other
CRM tool
- Experience designing business processes
- Experience in multiple organizational functions such as compensation, forecasting or organizational development
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Master's degree or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
